RAKNexus is an ERP and CRM for companies in the Gulf and Jordan. It runs on your own server or in the cloud, in English and Arabic, and handles several companies and currencies in one installation.

A chart of accounts per country, journals, and automatic entries from every invoice, bill, payment and stock move. Trial balance, general ledger, profit and loss, balance sheet, aged payables, vendor payments, and bank reconciliation by hand.

Manufacturing

Bills of materials and manufacturing orders, with the materials each order consumes and the cost of what was made.

Point of sale

A counter in each shop, with VAT, drawing on that shop's own stock.

Projects

Tasks on boards, timesheets, billing by time or milestone, and project profit from the books.

Equipment and rentals

With AssetCore: customers, orders and projects linked to equipment, rental days billed as invoice lines, and repair costs in view.

VAT

VAT for Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Jordan, with a summary of output and input VAT by rate for any period.

An AI assistant, off by default

RAKNexus has an optional AI assistant, switched off unless you turn it on. Personal and commercial data are masked, and secret data is withheld, before the assistant sees any of it.

RAKNexus is sold on its own, or installed alongside the rest of the suite.

Note

Scope

RAKNexus produces tax invoices that meet ZATCA's Phase 1 requirements, with QR code, and a VAT summary for any period. Phase 2 integration (the cryptographic stamp and submitting invoices to ZATCA's platform) and filing VAT returns are not included.
