What your customer sees
- Their own equipment. What they have on hire, where it is, and when it is due back.
- Their own documents. The issued copy of what they are entitled to. The editable original stays yours.
- Their own reports. What was done, when, and by whom, for their equipment.
- Nothing else. Each customer is confined to their own records. The isolation is enforced by the product and has been tested from outside, in both directions, against live document and equipment records.
Your side
Requests come to you
A request raised by a customer in the portal lands in your engineers' queue as a numbered request. The portal carries your name and your branding.
Licensing
An option on DocCore's licence
PortalCore runs on DocCore's licence and is switched on when you want it. There is no second system to install or administer.
