Access
One account per person, one sign-in for the suite
IDCore holds each person's account, their groups and their second factor, and signs them in to every product they are allowed to use.

How it works
One account, from joining to leaving
- One account Per person, held in IDCore.
- Roles Groups mapped to roles, per product.
- Two-factor Required for administrators, available for everyone.
- One sign-in The same account opens every product the person is allowed to use.
- A leaver Disabled once in IDCore.
What it does
- One sign-in. One account per person, for every product in the suite.
- Groups mapped to roles, per product. What a group is allowed to do is decided per product.
- Two-factor sign-in. Required for administrators, and available for everyone.
- Disabled once. Disable an account in IDCore and it can no longer be used to sign in through IDCore.
- A local login that still works. Every product keeps its own local login for when the network is unavailable.
